When you call or use SignVideo, a trained supporter will listen to you, help you understand your situation, and connect you with the appropriate services for support.
If you prefer to communicate via email or live chat, please inform us of your safe contact details and preferred times for us to get in touch.
Support for professionals
Our helpline also extends support to professionals in need of advice on handling cases or seeking further guidance on domestic abuse issues.
Additionally, we provide specialised support for healthcare agencies, including assistance with identifying and assessing the risk of domestic abuse and making appropriate referrals to ensure victims receive the correct support.
